Theif Cats Movies – Terms & Conditions

1. General

  • By booking tickets through Theif Cats Movies, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Theif Cats Movies acts as a ticketing platform and does not own or operate the cinema venues.

2. Ticket Booking & Confirmation

  • Tickets are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Once booked, a tamper-proof e-ticket PDF with QR code will be sent to your registered email/WhatsApp.
  • Customers must show a valid QR code ticket at the cinema entrance for entry.
  • If a QR code is not scanned or validated at the venue, Theif Cats Movies is not responsible, and no claims can be made.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Ticket prices are advertised publicly in Philippine Pesos (₱).
  • Payments on the website are collected in Indian Rupees (₹) through Indian payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, cards, wallets).
  • INR prices shown at checkout are equivalent to, or slightly higher than, the advertised Peso prices for convenience and currency handling.
  • No additional service fee is charged to customers. All payment gateway charges are borne by Theif Cats Movies.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • No cancellation or refund is allowed once a ticket is booked, except if the show is canceled by the cinema.

5. Entry Rules

  • Customers must carry a valid ID along with their e-ticket.
  • Late entry may not be permitted after the movie has started.
  • Outside food, cameras, or recording devices may not be allowed inside the cinema.

6. Screen Merging Policy (Low Bookings)

  • In case of low bookings for a particular show, Theif Cats Movies reserves the right to merge two screens into one for the same movie.
  • Tickets will be reallocated fairly based on booking date and time:
    • Customers who booked earlier will be seated in rows further back.
    • Later bookings will be assigned towards the front rows.
  • Updated tickets will be sent to customers via email/WhatsApp before the show.

7. Liability

  • Theif Cats Movies is not responsible for:
    • QR codes not scanned/validated by the venue.
    • Venue restrictions, policies, or refusal of entry.
    • Any technical failures during booking/payment.
    • Loss of personal belongings inside the venue.

8. Privacy

  • Customer data (name, email, WhatsApp number, payment info) is collected only for booking purposes.
  • Theif Cats Movies does not share customer data with third parties, except payment gateways for processing.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Davao City.
