1. How do I book movie tickets on Theif Cats Movies?

Visit our website, select the movie and screen, choose your seat type and preferred seats from the seating layout, proceed to checkout, complete payment, and receive your e-ticket with QR code via email.

2. When will I receive my tickets?

Once payment is successful, your e-ticket PDF with unique QR codes will be sent to your registered email address.
Please allow a few minutes for delivery.

3. I did not receive my ticket email. What should I do?

First, check your Spam / Promotions folder.
If you still haven’t received the ticket, please DM us on Instagram or contact us via WhatsApp/email with your booking details.

4. What should I show at the cinema for entry?

You must show the QR code from your e-ticket PDF (either on your phone or printed).
Each seat has a unique QR code that will be scanned at the entrance.

5. Can I cancel or get a refund for my ticket?

No. Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-cancellable, unless the show is canceled or rescheduled by the cinema.

6. What happens if a show is canceled or screens are merged?
